AutoBuilders recently completed a new Tire Kingdom Service Center located in Cape Coral.

The service center, located at 909 NE 15th Place, officially opened on July 1.

The scope of work was a single storey, load-bearing freestanding masonry service installation. Functional areas of this facility include commercial use and sales areas, bulk tire stacking, parts storage, and a passenger vehicle service garage with eight full-service repair bays. The total square footage of the building is 6,225.

Hopkins, Minnesota-based Wilkus Architects was the architect for the project.

The owner, TBC Corporation, is headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens in a 60,000 square foot building constructed by Quest Contracting, AutoBuilder’s sister company.

“Using our over 30 years of automotive manufacturing experience, we helped our client TBC complete their brand new floor shop” says Robert W. Rawe II, president and CEO of AutoBuilders.
